Celebrating 40 Years in Pacific City
2026 is the year, Kiwanda Coastal Properties is celebrating 40 years as a local, woman-owned family business on the Oregon Coast.
We started more than four decades ago as a small real estate office, founded with a simple goal: to help people find a place they love on the coast. As Pacific City grew and more families began discovering this special stretch of shoreline, demand followed — and a few years later, we began managing vacation rental homes to help homeowners care for their properties and to help visitors feel truly at home here.
Since those early days, we’ve:

- Helped homeowners responsibly share their properties
- Hosted thousands of family beach vacations, first trips, reunions, anniversaries, and traditions that span generations
What began as a small family operation has grown into a thriving, locally established business, supported by an amazing full-time, locally based team who care deeply about this place and the people in it.
