Layout - 3 level home. 2nd level entry has living room with TV and wood stove, dining room, kitchen, sliding door to deck and beach. Bedroom with queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1/2 bath. Upstairs crow's nest loft room (with amazing views!) has king bed and full bath with shower (no door in stairway but still feels very private upstairs). Downstairs has full bath with shower, cozy den with big-screen TV and bedroom with king bed. Garage available.
Sunset Avenue is a quiet street located between the Nestucca River and the Ocean that stretches south from the middle of Pacific City on the beach, and leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known at ?The Boat Landing?, which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.
Guests will check in at our local, convenient office in Pacific City. After hours arrivals will be accommodated.

5 night minimum in summer. For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation Policy: 1/2 the total cost of the Booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 21 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35.
