There are many upscale amenities including a fireplace and real hardwood floors. There is a trail to the beach for the adventurous. Or, sit and relax in in the oceanview hot-tub! Preparing meals will be a delight in the well-stocked, gourmet kitchen. There are 2 separate sinks, and a gas cook-top.

Just past bustling Cape Kiwanda State Park, the Dory View Estate home sits in the trees atop the Cape. This home is private and secluded, yet just minutes to restaurants and shopping. There is a trail system on the property that leads you to the beach (for the adventurous).

This 4 bedroom home accommodates 8 people. Each bedroom has a queen or double bed. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with double sink, sunken tub and shower. There is another hall bath with double vanity, tub and shower. Upstairs is a spacious great room with wood fireplace, gourmet kitchen and large dining area. There is also a half bath. Garage is not accessible to renters.
