Welcome to Seagull City--a great addition to our rental family situated just a short stroll to the beach in Dory Pointe. This home is as good as new with hardwood floors, granite counter tops and a lovely gas fireplace to snuggle up next to on the cozy and stylish living room furniture. The dining room is bright, sunny and there is room for everyone with this open, spacious floor plan. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms and 2 beautifully finished baths. This home also features a private back patio that is fully enclosed offering protection from the wind and a wonderful place to BBQ. Dory Pointe boasts a deeded beach access and is just a few blocks to the beach and dining at Cape Kiwanda. (The house next door--#105 “Wolf’s Lair) is also available as a rental.)
Dory Point is a private area of traditional beach cabins built consistent with the shore side environment of dunes and beach pines. Dory Point is centrally located near the beach just North of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities, including dory launching, shopping and restaurants. For the owners and visitors of Dory Point, there is a specific beach path over the dunes that lead to the beach. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.
Seagull City sleeps 7 people. On the first floor this is a 2 car garage and spacious great room with living, dining & kitchen and a half bath. There is a large private patio off of the dining area. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms--master w/ king bed, tv and full bath, bedroom w/ double bed, and bedroom w/ bunks (double on bottom/twin on top). There is also a large hall bath.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV/DVD/VCR’s, gas fireplace, gas Barbecue, washer and dryer, garage, 3 cars permitted. Linens & towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
