This house backs onto a large forest of pine trees making the patio a great and private place to fire up the gas grill and dine al-fresco! Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms for the family to catch up on some rest, and the garage is full of bikes and toys to keep everyone busy during the day!
Dory Point is a private area of traditional beach cabins built consistent with the shore side environment of dunes and beach pines. Dory Point is centrally located near the beach just North of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities, including dory launching, shopping and restaurants. For the owners and visitors of Dory Point, there is a specific beach path over the dunes that lead to the beach. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.
This new home sleeps 8 people. Downstairs there is a lovely dining room & kitchen with stainless applainces & granite counters. There is a large living room with big-screen TV & stereo, gas fireplace and large comfy furniture; there is also a 1/2 bath, a garage full of bikes and a patio w/ gas BBQ. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Master w/ king bed & bath w/ double vanity & shower. Another bedroom w/ a queen. 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks. There is a hall bath with tub/shower.
