Have you ever found a Sand Dollar at the beach? Well, it’s your lucky day…you’ve just found a most wonderful ocean treasure…. “The Sand Dollar”! Let me tell you about this round oceanfront home at Cape Kiwanda that has captivating ocean views from “a round” of picture windows, displaying Majestic Haystack Rock, Cape Kiwanda and the Mighty Pacific Ocean. At the Oceans edge you will enjoy the sounds of the waves, the smells of the sea and the sights of a raging ocean or maybe a tranquil autumn sunset. Located on a quiet street, you are only a block to Cape Kiwanda activities, dory launching and restaurants. Tastefully decorated in Ocean Décor this two-story home has something for everyone. Enjoy the large wraparound Oceanside deck for sunbathing, build a fire in the fireplace on a chilly winters night, read a book in the private sitting room, or head to the “Game Room” downstairs for some fun for all ages. In the Game Room you’ll find lots of board games, a card table, a pool table and even a pinball machine! Downstairs there is also a cozy woodstove, couches, TV/VCR and a stereo. Yes, this darling cottage has something for everyone (even a Karaoke Machine!). But don’t forget…on the Oceanside, right at your feet, is the white sands of Cape Kiwanda leading you to the Ocean’s edge where you might find a seashell, glass ball or even a another Sand Dollar!




	Shore Drive is located in the Cape Kiwanda area of Pacific City. Newer and older homes alike front the low bank sandy beach that flows gently to the ocean. This area was developed many years ago when the double-ended Dory Boats would launch through the surf in the protected shelter of Cape Kiwanda. Today, the Cape Kiwanda Area is a central activity place for locals and tourists.

This two level round house sleeps 9 people. The living area of the upper level has a kitchen, eating bar, kitchen table, living room with fireplace, and wraparound deck. There is also a sitting room with queen hide abed, a bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen and twin bunk bed, and a full size rollaway, a bathroom with shower, and laundry room. In the Game Room there is a twin size hide abed. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV/VCR’s, DVD, Barbecue, pool table, pinball machine, washer and dryer, 4 cars permitted, garage not available to renters.
