This newer four level vacation home sleeps 12 people. The lower level has a kitchen, dining area w/table for 8, laundry room with a shower, den with leather couches, gas fireplace, full bath with tub/shower, two bedrooms each with queen beds, sink & bathroom w/shower in the room and a large deck with 2 picnic tables. Half level up is a cozy living room. Next level has a sleeping room with one queen and two bunk beds (full on bottom & twin on top), large TV/VCR & 1/2 bath. Top level has a double futon, wet bar & small frig, card table and ocean side deck. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV/DVD/VCR’s, Barbecue, washer and dryer, Foosball & Air Hockey Tables, 4 cars permitted and no garage.
