Located only steps to the beach, you will have some ocean views, and a peak at Haystack Rock & Cape Kiwanda. If you like to walk on the beach, just take a short walk to the beach access, which is just around the corner. The artwork is delightful and the “Great Room” is very big and open, lots of windows and light. Relax in one of the many comfortable couches while watching a movie or a ball game, or just enjoy a fire in the fireplace. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the very spacious gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room for yourself and others to prepare a feast for the many hungry beach-goers. Or you may choose to just retreat to one of the delightful bedrooms “Suites” on the top floor. Both suites have grand bathrooms with jetted tubs, roomy showers, skylights and sun decks. One suite has a gas fireplace and a sitting area. The kids will love the “Sleeping Suite” located on the lower level. Yes, this great house is ready for you whether you are planning a retreat; a family reunion or you just have a really big family that wants to go to the beach or a weekend or maybe even a week!!

This new three level vacation home sleeps 16 people. On the middle level there is a “Great Room” with a very spacious and well-stocked gourmet kitchen with eating bar, living room area with 3 couches and 2 futons, ½ bath, and a small deck. Upper level has two suites, both with queen beds, grand bathrooms with jetted tubs, large showers, and decks. One suite has a gas fireplace and a sitting room. The lower level has a very large room with 4 single bunk beds and 2 queen beds. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower and a laundry room. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house
