Welcome to “Sea Gull Haven;” our newest addition to our family of homes in Kiwanda Shores. This house has a wonderful layout for the whole family with a big great-room and a wrap around deck. It is just a short walk to beach down a quiet road and it is stocked full with thoughtful games, toys and other beachy treasures.

This home sleeps 9. There is a lower level entry into a den with a double futon. Behind the den there is a master bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom w/ shower & laundry area. Upstairs there is a family room w/ living, dining and open kitchen. There is a wrap-around deck so you can enjoy the sun no-matter which way the wind blows! There are 2 bedrooms: one w/ bunk bed (double bottom & twin top); one w/ a queen bed. There is also a hall bathroom w/tub.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. 3 TV’s & DVD/VCR. Washer & dryer. No BBQ provided. Garage not available to renters. 3 cars permitted.
