This home is very comfortable, offering everything you would need--two master suites, each with their own baths, a lovely well stocked kitchen, a fun back deck with a great gas BBQ, a game table in the garage, and a cozy gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of. All this just a short stroll through a deeded path to miles of sandy beaches and all the action and dining possibilities at Cape Kiwanda.
Dory Pointe is a private area of traditional beach cabins built consistent with the shore side environment of dunes and beach pines. Dory Pointe is centrally located near the beach just North of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities, including dory launching, shopping and restaurants. For the owners and visitors of Dory Pointe, there is a specific beach path over the dunes that lead to the beach. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.
This two level home sleeps 4 people. Downstairs there is a living room with cozy gas fireplace, a lovely comfortable kitchen with eating bar, dining area and half bath. Just off the dining area there is a sheltered and private back patio that borders the pine tree forest. Upstairs there are 2 master suites; each with QUEEN beds and each with their own baths with tub/shower. The garage has a foosball table and room for 1 car. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.
