You may have a license to chill after a vacation at this newer cedar townhouse, located in the exclusive beachfront neighborhood of in the shelter of Shorepine Village. You & your family will be very comfortable in…anything, anytime…anywhere in this economical and charming family get-a-way feeling I have found me a home. Located only steps to the beach…down a path and over a fore dune. Very open & accommodating…there may be changes in attitude during your stay while spreading out over two levels. Good times are nothing but a breeze for one or two families since there are 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths to give you plenty of room. Downstairs there is a great room with an open, bright & spacious kitchen with tile floors, dining area just off of the outdoor private patio, cozy two-sided gas fireplace and a living room area. Sleeping level upstairs will give you a window on the world and a view of Haystack Rock. Not exactly Bama, but we know you will enjoy a cool Pacific City Breeze knowing that and wonder why we ever go home…other than a piece of work…come Monday! Although you will return soon and again to have a party at the end of the world…as this darling townhouse is…a real piece of work!

This two level vacation home sleeps 9 people. The lower living area has living room w/queen size hide abed, kitchen with eating bar, dining area, 1/2 bath, laundry in closet and a single car garage. The upper sleeping level has a bedroom with king bed, a bedroom with queen bed & bath with shower, a bedroom with bunk bed with full size & twin size beds & a full size roll-away bed, and a bathroom with tub/shower. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.
