Relax with class in the oversized recliner-sofa in front of a soothing gas fireplace, or head to the beach on the convenient trail just outside the door. Pacific Hamptons is a great home for families offering a baby gate, booster seat and even a baby seat for one of the four-bikes accessible for renters (helmets included!). The back of the home is fenced in as a safe place for little ones to play in the sand while the bigger kids can enjoy the patio and the large gas grill. Shorepine Village is conveniently located close to beach, restaurants and shopping and this home is in the same cul-de-sac as our rental properties #165 & #166. The proud owners of house in the “Pacific Hamptons” have gone the extra mile to offer their tasteful, cozy and affordable home for families creating memories of their own.

Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment.Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Two miles of paved walking paths interweave through the Village, which is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

This two level vacation home sleeps 7 people. The lower living area has a comfortable living room with a full size futon, large kitchen with eating bar and a dining nook. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower and a single car garage with four bikes for quests. The upper sleeping level has a bedroom with queen bed, a bedroom with bunk beds with full size & twin size beds and a bathroom with tub/shower. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.
