This new cedar Chalet style home is the perfect retreat for the whole family. Great location on a quiet street in the pines with only a short walking trail over the dune to the beach. Yet, you are only a small distance to where "the action is" at Cape Kiwanda with its many activities; dory launching, fish market, restaurants and the famous Pelican Pub Brewery. High open beamed ceilings and many light gathering windows give this family friendly home a comfortable feeling right from the start. The spacious kitchen with eating bar combines with the living room and dining area. There is a very large gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on chilly nights. The upstairs loft with pool table gives a separate retreat area for grown-ups and children alike, with a peek view of Haystack Rock and the Pacific Ocean!!

This newer two level home sleeps 8 people. The main floor has a spacious kitchen and the dining area, living room with gas fireplace, Master bedroom with queen bed and bath with tub/shower, bedroom with twin bunk bed and double bed, main bathroom with shower, laundry in closet. Upstairs open loft has double futon & queen bed and a pool table. Linens and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, TV/DVD/VCR, telephone, Barbecue, washer and dryer. 3 cars permitted. No garage.
