There are bike trails, walking paths to the river, and a small pond. This subdivision is maintained with pride and governed with strict CCR's for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area. There is a deeded beach access across the street and down a path from the Nestucca Ridge subdivision for renters and owners.
This two level vacation home sleeps 10 people. The main entry level has a large great room with well equipped kitchen, dining and living area w/ full hidabed with big screen TV, surround sound & gas fireplace & half bath. Also, there is a nice sunny deck with BBQ. The master bedroom has queen bed & full bath with large soaking tub & shower. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms--another master w/ queen bed w/ TV and lovely bath w/ shower; another w/ queen bed; and one w/ twin and trundle, TV & kids toys. There is also another full bath w/ tub & shower and a lower deck access. Linens & towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking home.
