Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Capes Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This beach is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

This 4 bedroom 1.5 bath home sleeps 8 people. Downstairs entry, there is a gameroom w/ air hocky, den w/ TV, a half bath & 3 bedrooms: Two w/ queen, and one w/ bunks. Upstairs there is a full bath with shower, bed w/ queen & TV, large living and dining great room, kitchen and two decks.
