This large older home is wonderful for a family reunion or simple get-together on the Oregon Coast! There is a grand family area for togetherness, yet three independent areas for privacy and solitude. This house was built in the early 70’s. It’s a great house for a large group at a very reasonable price. The surf can be viewed through large picture windows from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. There is a woodstove to warm you when there’s a chill in the air. Then, while watching the sunsets, enjoy the tranquillity of unobstructed views of Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock!

This one level vacation home sleeps 12 people. The living area has a kitchen with eating bar, dining room area, living room, and woodstove. There are three separate bedroom areas. The Ocean facing bedroom has a king bed, bath w/shower & loft w/two twin beds. Other two bedrooms have queen bed & loft w/two twin beds. Lofts are accessible by ladders attached to the walls. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, TV, VCR, telephone, secluded deck on street side off of living area, Barbeque, washer and dryer. 3 cars permitted, no garage.
