This large older home is wonderful for a family reunion or simple get-together on the Oregon Coast! There is a grand family area for togetherness, yet three independent areas for privacy and solitude. This house was built in the early 70’s. It’s a great house for a large group at a very reasonable price. The surf can be viewed through large picture windows from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. There is a woodstove to warm you when there’s a chill in the air. Then, while watching the sunsets, enjoy the tranquillity of unobstructed views of Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock!
Kiwanda Shores is a private gated community of quality homes on the ocean front in Pacific City. Security, pride in ownership and peaceful enjoyment of the coastal experience is shared by Kiwanda Shores homeowners and renters alike. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the Ocean Front homes. Beach access is available to the Second Row and Back homes.
This one level vacation home sleeps 10 people. The living area has a kitchen with eating bar, dining room area, living room, and woodstove. There are three separate bedroom areas. The Ocean facing bedroom has a king bed, bath w/shower. Other two bedrooms have queen bed & twin bunkbeds. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, TV, VCR/DVD, telephone, secluded deck on street side off of living area, Barbeque, washer and dryer. 3 cars permitted, no garage.
