On a quiet street in Pacific City, this comfortable large older home is perfect for a multifamily get-together, a business or church retreat, holiday event, or just a weekend of fun anytime for you and your family. It has three levels of privacy and spaciousness with a large main living area for dining and socializing. Recent improvements to the house has made an additional bedroom upstairs. Now there are three separate bedrooms and an open area upstairs. A large home right on the beach! A home away from home you will call your own!




	Sunset Avenue is a quiet street located between the Nestucca River and the Ocean that stretches south from the middle of Pacific City on the beach, and leads directly into Bob Straub State Park. A low bank sandy beach slopes to the ocean from the oceanfront homes. Also off of Sunset Avenue you will find what is commonly known at "The Boat Landing", which along with a boat ramp is one of the best fishing holes in the area. Certain times of the year, you will find fisherman catching huge spring and fall Chinook Salmon.

This three level vacation home sleeps 11 people. On the main level is a large kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room area, living room with hide-a-bed with TV/VCR/DVD, one full bathroom with tub/shower, two bedrooms: both with queen size beds. The upper level has an open area with 2 twin beds and a fold out bed & TV/VCR, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 twin beds, and bathroom w/shower. Bottom level has an oversized garage. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.


	Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, TV/VCR/DVD, telephone, washer and dryer. 4 cars permitted. 2 car garage, no charcoal BBQ’s allowed, please!
