Dory Point is a private area of traditional beach cabins built consistent with the shore side environment of dunes and beach pines. Dory Point is centrally located near the beach just North of Kiwanda Shores and across the street from Shorepine Village. It is very close walking distance to all the Cape Kiwanda activities, including dory launching, shopping and restaurants. For the owners and visitors of Dory Point, there is a specific beach path over the dunes that lead to the beach. The area is maintained with pride and governed by CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.
This two level home sleeps 8 people. The lower level has a large kitchen with eating bar and dining room area with a large table. The Living room has a comfy couch w/queen hideabed, gas fireplace, & TV/VCR. Just off the dining room there is private outside patio with picnic table and BBQ. Near the entry is a ½ bath. Upstairs there are three bedrooms: Master Bedroom with queen bed, walk-in closet & bath with extra large shower, Bedroom with queen bed; Bedroom with two twin size beds and a foosball table, and a large loft area with a full size futon. Also upstairs there is another bathroom with tub/shower and a laundry room. The garage is an oversized single. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.
