There are oceanviews from the wall of windows in the mail living area and a great deck off to enjoy the sounds of the pounding surf. This home is clean, family friendly and you can bring the pets!
Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, Flatscreen TV, telephone, barbecue, large deck with ocean views, washer and dryer. Game room with ping pong. 4 cars permitted. Outside parking.
This vacation home sleeps up to 6 people. First floor has kitchen, dining area, living room with a nice fireplace, bath with shower and two bedrooms: Bedroom #1 with queen bed; and Bedroom #2 has twin bunk beds. Second floor has Bedroom #3 with queen bed and ½ bath. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. This is a non-smoking house.
